Bosses at Midlands Air Ambulance are celebrating after taking delivery of a new emergency vehicle.
However the new addition to their fleet won't be taking to the skys just yet!
The life-saving charity have added a land response vehicle to their fleet, enabling crews to respond to incidents when weather conditions would prohibit their helicopter taking off.
Arriving yesterday at their Cosford base, it will give the team's Paramedics and Doctors a way to be sure their skilled clinicians can help more members of the public.
Since 1991, the charity has responded to an average of 2,000 calls every year, making it one of the longest established and busiest air ambulance organisations in the UK.
