McDelivery comes to Birmingham!

McDonald’s has launched a home delivery service in Birmingham (finally!).

Called McDelivery, the fast food chain has teamed up with UberEats so you can now get a Big Mac and fries delivered to your door in parts of the city. McDonald’s has been trialling the new service in London and other cities before deciding to launch it in Brum.

It promises to deliver your favourite menu items to your door at the click of an app and will be available to anyone close to the McDonald’s restaurants on Bristol Road, Stephenson Place, Dale End; and Temple Row.

McDonald’s franchisee Dean Chapman, who owns and operates Birmingham restaurants, said:

“Delivery is something that my customers often ask about so it’s exciting that we’re now up and running with McDelivery in the city. As with all our innovations, the McDelivery service is designed with the customer in mind, bringing a new level of convenience.

"We’re thrilled that we’re one of the first groups of restaurants in the country to offer the service and look forward to hearing our customers’ feedback.”

To get the new service you need to download the UberEATS app on a phone or order online.

You can choose a McDonald’s breakfast, lunch and dinner options within 1.5 miles of the participating McDonald’s restaurants from 8am – midnight, seven days a week.
