Age Concern Stourbridge and Halesowen, the charity who helps and supports older people in the area are looking forward to welcoming Father Christmas to this year’s Christmas Fayre.
The Christmas celebration is being held on Saturday 23 November from 10am until 2pm at the Elton Centre, St John’s Road, Stourbridge.
There will be loads to see and do including face painting, Christmas treats, craft stalls, tombola and raffle. Father Christmas will also be putting in an appearance to greet both young and old.
David Harbach, chair of trustees commented: “Our Christmas Fayre is an important annual event which enables us to raise money for our worthwhile charity.
"Age Concern Stourbridge and Halesowen is funded through such activities as well as donations and bid opportunities. It is also a great opportunity to pick up gifts - many of which are produced by local crafts people.
"You can view our facilities, have a snack at our newly relaunched cafe and find out about our services - as well as checking with Santa whether you’re on his naughty or nice list!”
Age Concern is a lifeline for many older people living in the areas of Stourbridge and Halesowen as we provide so much help, support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives.
