Officers are appealing for information after a woman in her 40s was killed in a collision on the M6 yesterday morning.
Officers were called shortly before 9am, following a collision between two lorries and a car between junction 9 (Wednesbury) and junction 10 (Walsall).
The drivers the vehicles - both lorries - stopped at the scene and are assisting the police in their investigation. The woman’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Enquiries are in the early stages and anyone who witnessed the collision or with information can contact officers via live chat on the West Midlands Police website, or by calling 101.
