Blackheath is getting into the festive spirit as the switch on of the town's Christmas Lights draws closer.

The start of festivities will take place on Saturday 18th November, between 3pm and 7pm, with the Switch On at 5pm.

Christmas goodies and food will be on offer from local traders, as well as a fun fair, market stalls and the chance to support local charities.

Santa is visiting Blackheath Library and an open air stage will feature up and coming singers from Sandwell’s Coneygre Youth Arts Centre along with school bands from around the area.
