Detectives have released CCTV images of a man they wish to trace after a blind man had acid squirted in his eyes in Halesowen.

The attacker approached the 54-year-old as he was being guided to the passenger seat of a car in Belgrave Road. 

He was taken to hospital suffering a painful burning sensation. Tests at the hospital showed the liquid was acidic. Police said they believe it was a targeted attack.
