This May Bank Holiday (27th-29th) sees the first ever Great British Food Festival at Weston Park in Shropshire. The popular event has moved from it's previous home at Shugborough near Stafford.
Along with wonderful food and drink producers, there will be headline chef demos, foodie talks, and terrific live music to enjoy. Dan Maycock, Festival Director, said,
“We’re thrilled to be bringing our festival to Weston Park. We’re excited to see the food festival in the midlands again and can’t wait for it to come to life on the 27th May. We hope that people will head over to this lovely venue and lap up the wonderful atmosphere this event brings."
Lots of top producers will also be showcasing the best in seasonal, and speciality food and drink Daniel added:

Alongside the great producer and street food, there's lots going on over the weekend and the kids will be kept well entertained; As well as bouncy castles, rides and a free craft workshop Children will have the opportunity to learn new cookery skills in the Diddy Cook Classes.
It goes without saying that there will also be a variety of great food and drink exhibitors show casing a range of delicious local and regional products. With all the tasty food, live music and foodie fun, it's the recipe for the perfect day out!
