More than 60 new homes are set to be built on a Brierley Hill canal side.

Outline planning permission has been given for the development on Waterside Business Park, off Brettell Lane.

Clearwater Properties are behind the scheme, which would see businesses at the site moved elsewhere.

But planners have said the original layout of the homes must be revised and have imposed nearly 40 conditions that the firm must meet in order to get the final go ahead.
