Carry On play comes to Walsall Arena

A new play about ageing, the human spirit an affectionate tribute to the Carry On films is coming to Walsall.

The play is a one hander with the same actor playing producer Peter Rogers and the Carry On cast.

Can’t Stop Carrying On is a comedy-drama about ageing, legacy and changing times and, after a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe in both 2023 and 2024 the show is coming to the Black Country.

It tells the story if an ageing film producer who has the chance to resurrect his past cinematic successes by revitalising the Carry On franchise with a brand new film.

Full of saucy seaside humour, double entendre and cheeky sexual innuendo it’s just what a millennial audience wants.

Can’t Stop Carrying On opens at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre on Thursday 6th February at 7:30pm.
