
A fire broke out in a derelict Dudley building last night, but fire chiefs say there's no suspicious circumstances.
Twenty-five firefighters tackled the fire at Cavendish House, Trindle Road, which has been derelict for decades.
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said that crews from Dudley, Tipton, Brierley Hill and Bilston were mobilised to the incident in 39 seconds and quickly got the blaze under control.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said officers were at the scene to assist with traffic, adding that there is no evidence to suggest it was arson.
