Dudley South MP invites constituents to Parliament this November

Dudley South MP, Mike Wood is once again inviting residents for a tour of the Palace of Westminster this November.

As part of the free tour, which the MP runs a number of times throughout the year, residents will have the chance to learn about the history of Parliament, sit in on debates in the House of Commons and House of Lords, as well as take part in a committee room question-and-answer session with Mr Wood.

This November’s tour will be on Thursday 23rd November and the tour itself is completely free. Coach transport has also been arranged at £27 per head for return travel. Mr Wood said:

“Parliament is the working heart of our democracy. It’s where decisions are made and where we as MPs make the case on big issues on behalf of the people we represent.

“For that reason, I’ve always thought it so important to give my constituents a chance to visit this historic place and I hope lots of residents will be able to join me for the second tour of this year.”

The coach will depart from Wordsley early on 23rd November and return that evening. Specific timings will be confirmed on booking.

To reserve a place, please call Mr Wood’s constituency office in Wordsley on 01384 913123 or you can contact him by email,
