Dudley Zoo and Castle is getting set for a spooktacular Halloween half term.
Guests can visit the attraction between Saturday 26 October and Sunday 3 November and can help identify its collection of donated animal skulls and skeletons in the Discovery Centre, as well as viewing a special exhibition of tarantulas as staff aim to bust myths about the creepy critters.
You can also explore the 11th century Dudley Castle, reported to be one of the most haunted places in the UK and hear more about the ghosts of the past during the zoo’s daily talks programme, when visitors can also learn about some of the site’s rarest and scariest animals.
Zoo Manager Matt Lewis said: “We’ve got fun for all the family this half term and with our kids go free ticket offer continuing throughout the holidays, when up to two children can visit for free with every full-paying adult, visiting DZC this autumn is fangtastic value!”
To claim the kids go free offer, which is currently running every day until November 29, tickets must be purchased in advance from the zoo’s website.
