A gang of timeshare fraudsters – including three from Stourbridge – have been jailed for nearly 48 years after conning victims out of more than £1 million.
Emma Jelf, Todd Mann, and Toby Mann, all of Shenstone Avenue, were part of two bogus companies, Sun Property Solutions and Avon Client Services that targeted mainly elderly and vulnerable people.
They falsely promised to sell timeshare investments for over the market value, and victims were asked to pay tax and legal fees up front, one woman parting with over a quarter of a million pounds.
The 10 members of the gang were sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court.
