Police have launched an investigation after a motorcyclist died following a collision on Manor Way, Halesowen yesterday morning.

The 22-year-old rider was treated at the scene but despite the best efforts of medical staff sadly passed away. Sergeant Paul Hughes, from the Regional Collision Investigation Unit, said:

"This is a tragic incident and I would ask for anyone who saw what happened and hasn’t spoken to a police officer to come forward urgently.

“The family is currently being supported by officers from our dedicated Family Liaison Unit."
