Plans to build 27 new council homes on three sites in Sandwell have been announced.
The redevelopment scheme would see houses built on four existing council-owned sites in Tividale, two in Hateley Heath and the Yew Tree Estate.
The Hilton Road development in Tividale, Oldbury will have eight two-bedroom and two four-bedroom properties built on it.
Work is scheduled to get underway in the summer of this year following a competitive tendering process to select a developer, with the homes set to be completed by April 2017.
The proposals will be discussed by the council’s Cabinet on Wednesday 9 March.
