A man from Old hill has been charged with murdering his partner who died after arriving at a Rowley Regis health centre with a stab wound.
54 year-old unemployed Ronald Cooke of Granville Road appeared before Dudley Magistrates this morning charged with the murder of Grandmother Tina Billingham.
Police were called to Rowley Healthcare on Hawes Lane at around 3.50pm on Monday after reports that Tina had entered the surgery wounded.
She was treated by medical staff but despite their best efforts she was confirmed dead at hospital later that afternoon. Ronald Cooke is due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on the 13th of March
