Residents are being asked to complete a survey about how they contact Dudley Council to help them improve the way they work with people.
It includes questions about how easy it is to contact the council online instead of traditional face-to-face visits as well as questions about satisfaction. Councillor Shaun Keasey, cabinet member for digital, customer and commercial services, said:
"We are always looking at how we can improve the way people contact us and ask for help. There are now more ways than ever before to do that so people do not have to visit us personally, unless they want to.
"By completing the survey we will get a better idea of what people want and make sure we improve the way we work."
The survey can be found via the council’s website and closes on 4th July.
