A protest will take place outside Dudley Council House this afternoon against moves to close three of the borough's leisure centres.
More than 2,000 signatures have been gathered on a petition by the save our leisure centres group led by former councillor for Netherton Tracy Wood.
The group will stand outside the council house in Priory Road at 5.30pm ahead of a cabinet meeting which will discuss the proposals to close leisure centres in Stourbridge, Halesowen and Dudley.
It was recently announced land beside Lye bypass and Dudley's Flood Street car park could be used for two new leisure centres.
