The national charity will be reaching out to commuters at Dudley Port train station this Friday, April 8th.
Volunteers from the Brierley Hill branch of the organisation will be hitting the platforms to encourage people to talk about their troubles.
The team will be letting people know that help is closer than they think by dishing out leaflets promoting its free-to-call 24 hour helpline number and face-to-face support services.
Mandy Poulson, Samaritans regional director, said: “How many times do people ask if you're ok? Those three words are so easy to say but do we really mean them?
“When Samaritans say those words we really do mean them. We want people to talk to us, in confidence, about the worries and concerns that are affecting their emotional health. Our volunteers are trained to listen and support people and hopefully ease some of the distress they are feeling.”
Samaritans answers more than five million calls for help each year from people of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances. For more information, visit samaritans.org.
