Justice will no longer be carried out in Sandwell, due to the closure of the borough Magistrates Court.
Yesterday, Her Majestys Courts and Tribunals Service announced the court will close, despite overwhelming opposition from various sources.
Cases will be now heard in Walsall, Birmingham or Wolverhampton.
Ten other courts in the Midlands will also be axed under the government’s plans.
