Come From Away, the multi award-winning ‘Best Musical’ across the globe, has announce dates at Wolverhampton Grand and Birmingham Hippodrome as part of its first ever tour of the UK and Ireland.
The production plays in Birmingham from 21 May to 1 June and in Wolverhampton between 5 November and 9 November 2024.
This critically acclaimed show comes direct from the West End where it celebrated over 1000 performances and played to more than 850,000 people at the Phoenix Theatre.
Come From Away shares the incredible real-life story of the 7,000 air passengers from all over the world who were grounded in Canada during the wake of 9/11, and the small Newfoundland community that invited these ‘come from aways’ into their lives. Featuring a soundtrack including songs like Welcome To The Rock and Me And The Sky, this is a show which has celebrated record-breaking engagements in the West End, on Broadway, in Canada, throughout Australia, and on a 60-city North American Tour.
Tickets for dates at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre are available to Friends of the Grand and members now, with public sales opening at 10am on Friday 2 June.
On sale dates for Birmingham Hippodrome are yet to be announced.
