A new dance show featuring three former stars from BBC hit Strictly Come Dancing is coming to Dudley next year.
Kristina Rihanoff, Robin Windsor and Oksana Platero will all be taking to the stage at Dudley Town Hall on February 27 next year. They will be joined by vocalists Chris Maloney, a former X Factor finalist, and local Dudley girl Beth Sherburn in the show, called Dance To The Music.
Created and choreographed by Kristina, a full cast of eight dancers will perform in what they have dubbed the only dance show in theatrical history to feature all styles of dancing. Tap, Charleston, modern day Ballroom and Latin, Argentine Tango, Lindy Hop, Jive, Rock-n-Roll, Funk, Waltz, Disco, Street, Contemporary Ballet and Salsa are just a few that will feature.
Kristina will once again team up with her former professional dance partner, Robin Windsor, who starred on Strictly for four years.
Also gracing the stage will be Oksana Platero, who partnered Judge Rinder on Series 14 of the hit show and is famous for her jaw-dropping lifts. Oksana’s husband Jonathan Platero will also be joining the cast. Alex Jackson, booker for Dudley Borough Halls, said:
"We can't wait to welcome this groundbreaking dance and music event to Dudley Town Hall next year. This promises to be a very exciting evening.
"The cast list is absolutely fantastic - featuring a host of well-known national performers and a homegrown star from right here in the Black Country."
Tickets for the show cost £28 for adults and £26 for children. VIP tickets, which include a post-show meet and greet with the cast as well as photo and autograph opportunities, are available for £48. Booking fees will be added on.
Doors open at 6.45pm, with the show starting at 7.30pm. For further information or to book, log onto www.boroughhalls.co.uk or call 01384 812812.
