“MyDudley will remain the quickest and easiest way to request council services or report an issue and is available online, anytime and from any device. It also enables us to keep people up to date with their issue from start to finish.

“For those who are unable to get online, or need a bit of help, our call centre advisors are on hand to support.

“Across the borough our housing hubs provide a range of housing and support services to council housing tenants and our family hubs have lots of advice and support for those who are pregnant or have children.
