The pair were arrested when officers from the County Lines Taskforce executed warrants at two addresses in Warrens Hall and The Priory on 9th August. The two men were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences, with officers investigating a suspected drugs line in operation across Dudley.

Following further enquiries, they were both charged to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday morning.

West Midlands Police are committed to tackling serious and organised crime in the West Midlands and earlier this year they launched 'Operation Target'. It brings together efforts to tackle a range of crimes, from firearms to drug dealing and burglary, to cyber-crime and fraud.

Officers will be using local intelligence, seizing goods, carrying out warrants and targeting offenders as part of Op Target’s ongoing crackdown against serious and organised crime.
