A woman had to be cut free from a car in Pedmore this morning after suffering facial injuries in a crash.

Emergency services arrived scene of the two-car collision in Ham Lane, at the junctions with Foley Road and Beckman Road, at about 8.40am.

The woman, in her 30s, was taken to Russells Hall Hospital after being released by firefighters. Crews also treated a five-year-old boy and a woman in her late 60s, who suffered from minor injuries.
