Dudley Zoo has welcomed a new arrival - a giant anteater named Bubbles.
The male arrived from Longleat Safari Park and is already said to be getting on well with two-year-old female Romy.
The pair will live in separate parts of the paddock at first and will gradually be given more access to each other if the introduction is successful.
Anteaters are found in the forests and grasslands of Central and South America, and eat up to 35,000 ants and termites a day in the wild. However captive anteaters eat a gruel mixture of meat, maize, fish oil and vitamins.
